As a Proximus customer, we offer you a broad range of Managed Services for managing your mobile telecoms dossier, standard or adapted to meet your specific needs (tailor-made).

Your Account Manager provides telecoms advice and helps you determine the appropriate mobile strategy for your company.

We can offer you the following services for managing the full life cycle of your hardware and mobile telecom needs (voice and data).

Purchase of devices and accessories can be done:

  • via a conventional order
  • via your Account Manager/Sales Support person
  • via our general web shop, or a personalised web shop
  • via our Mobile Fleet Management platform (MFM)

Logistics team

Our logistics team ensures a smooth delivery and after-sales service (replacement devices).

Your Account Manager and Sales Support person also take care of the management of your Proximus SIM cards ((de)activation of tariff plans and options, delivery of SIM cards, troubleshooting in the event of defects, loss and theft, etc.).
